Attention and Intention

What we pay attention to shapes who we become. This isn't new wisdom, but it's easy to forget in an age of infinite distraction.

Intention is the antidote. Not rigid planning, but a gentle awareness of where you want your attention to go.

I like to start each morning by asking: what deserves my attention today? Not what demands it—what deserves it.

The difference is subtle but profound.
